About the Role:
This role supports EDQ's grants, loans and infrastructure agreements to help deliver development-ready land across Queensland.
- Support the design, implementation and monitoring of infrastructure funding programs
- Administer infrastructure and funding agreements with government, industry and utility partners
- Manage agreement administration, reporting, invoice processing and process improvements
- Build strong internal relationships and provide practical, solutions-focused support
- Prepare quality briefings, reports and advice to support informed decision-making
- Monitor regulatory and agreement requirements, escalating matters as needed
About You:
You will be proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Qualifications in infrastructure planning or law will be highly regarded
- Forward-thinking, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting grants, loans or infrastructure funding agreements within a government environment
- Strong internal engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of infrastructure agreements and government processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including reports and briefings
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
