HSU are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and stakeholder support.
In this role, you will contribute to a range of activities including supporting the Coal Mine Workers' Health Scheme, assisting stakeholders with online systems, maintaining quality records, monitoring health data, and supporting business improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who embraces change, enjoys continuous learning, and is passionate about making a meaningful contribution to worker health and safety.
You will be a proactive team member with strong communication and organisational skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and an interest in supporting programs that deliver positive outcomes for Queensland resource workers.
Key knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of superior client services
- Demonstrated experience in medical records management and reporting and/or database administration
- Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, legislation relevant to the Coal Mine Workers' Scheme
Highly desirable requirements
- Demonstrated experience or qualifications involving use of medical terminology
- Previous experience in the use of Dynamics 365 or similar
