The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is building a new 10.2km rail line that includes 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD; with four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street.
Once complete, it will provide trains with a much-needed alternative rail path through the core of the current SEQ Rail network, unlocking a bottleneck and allowing more trains to run more often across the whole of South East Queensland.
The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is also delivering multiple supporting projects and activities in conjunction with the Department of Transport and Main Roads. These include accessibility rebuilds for eight surface stations, construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast; upgrades for stabling yards; track works and surface rail enhancements; and the introduction of a new ETCS digital signalling system.

Working closely with engineering, delivery, legal and commercial teams, you will contribute to issue resolution, commercial analysis and stakeholder coordination across some of the program's most complex integration challenges. This opportunity is offered as a fixed term contract until September 2028 with possible extension.

- Coordinate inputs from engineering, delivery, legal, commercial and program controls teams to progress issue resolution and agreed outcomes.
- Monitor interface obligations, support compliance activities and contribute to governance, assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Experience in contracts administration / management, commercial or legal roles within major infrastructure, construction or complex delivery environments.
- Ability to investigate complex commercial and contractual issues, analyse competing considerations and contribute to practical, defensible commercial solutions.
- Sound understanding of contract interfaces, commercial risk, claims, disputes and stakeholder management across complex project environments.
- Strong written communication skills, including preparation of commercial reports, correspondence and briefing materials.
- Ability to work effectively across delivery, engineering, legal and commercial teams to support the resolution of commercial issues.
- Exposure to major infrastructure integration activities, interface management arrangements or cross-package delivery issues will be highly regarded.
