Your new role:
Join a collaborative Clinical Governance team on a short-term contract where you'll play a key role in supporting quality improvement, patient safety and organisational excellence across Bayside Health Service. You will:
- Coordinate key clinical governance activities including document management, committee meetings, confidential correspondence and reporting.
- Assist with analysing clinical data, preparing performance reports and supporting quality improvement initiatives, accreditation activities and service enhancements.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing high-level administrative and operational support across the Clinical Governance Unit.
- Support incident management processes, patient safety activities and other governance priorities through effective coordination, organisation and sound judgement.
About you:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support in a complex environment. You have:
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing workloads while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence preparing reports and working with data using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, customer service and quality outcomes, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively to team success.

About the Clinical Governance Unit
The Clinical Governance Unit within Bayside Health Service (BHS) supports an effective and co-ordinated approach to quality improvement, clinical effectiveness, healthcare standards, patient safety, risk management and consumer liaison services within BHS.
