About the role
The Communication and Engagement Lead is a key role in the Communication and Engagement and Major Capital teams and has responsibility for the day-to-day planning and implementation of all communications, engagement and change management aspects of health infrastructure and service commissioning. This role is responsible for designing, developing and implementing all internal communications and engagement collateral and activities that support the delivery of West Moreton Health's Major Capital works program, including raising awareness of major projects, key milestones, impacting activities and project benefits.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and targeted messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality outputs.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans and change management initiatives for large scale projects.
- Proficiency in multi-media communication tools, including written, verbal and other digital solutions including social media and web content.
- Exceptional written communication skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
