This is a rare opportunity to lead enterprise-wide workforce strategy, industrial relations, leadership capability, organisational culture and internal communications for a large, operationally focused government business.

About you;
You're a contemporary executive leader who combines strategic vision with strong operational judgment.
You have experience leading workforce, culture or people functions in complex organisations, navigating industrial relations and employee relations environments, influencing senior leaders and resolving high-risk workforce issues.
You are recognised for your ability to build trusted relationships, lead through complexity and bring people together around a common purpose.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions;
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
• TMR has a Drug and Alcohol Policy which applies to all Employees, Workers and Visitors to TMR workplaces. This may include random, post incident and reasonable suspicion testing during employment to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
• It is a condition of employment for recommended appointee/s to disclose any previous serious discipline action taken against them for consideration by the delegate prior to any appointment.
• Intra-state and interstate travel may be required.
Desirable requirements;
• Formal qualifications in related field (for example - Public Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations)
• Proven experience in managing teams.
