About the Role:

The role is based at the Education Precinct, Coorparoo.

  • Use virtual platforms to deliver effective telepractice services to students with mild to moderate mental health concerns in rural and remote locations.
  • Collaborate with external providers and families to support co-ordinated service delivery.
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary school-based teams through utilising clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

About You:

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge and skills in mental health assessment and therapeutic intervention for children and adolescents.
  • An understanding of working within complex organisational systems to support client or student needs.
  • A keen interest or experience in delivering therapeutic services through the telepractice modality.

Note: Previous experience delivering telepractice services is desirable but not essential.
