About the role:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with complex needs, using your clinical expertise and best practice standards.
- Assess, plan, implement and review care that supports positive outcomes and enhances residents' wellbeing.
- Use your skills and experience to identify the right interventions, even when care needs are complex and unpredictable.
- Champion quality improvement by finding new ways to enhance care, improve services and create better experiences for residents.
About you:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via AHPRA.
- Strong clinical skills and experience assessing, planning, coordinating and reviewing care for residents with complex needs.
- The ability to inspire, mentor and support your team to grow, succeed and deliver exceptional care.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to lead, share your knowledge and help drive positive outcomes for residents and the wider team.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $139,931 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $57.76 - $61.85 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
