Your new role:
As the Facility Supervisor, you will coordinate facility operations and provide leadership to ensure the smooth delivery of administrative and maintenance services across the MASS facility.
- Lead and support a small administrative team while coordinating day-to-day facility operations, maintenance activities and contractor performance.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and service providers to ensure facility issues are resolved efficiently and operational needs are met.
- Oversee administrative systems, procurement processes, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that support effective facility management.
About you:
You're a collaborative and organised professional who enjoys coordinating people, processes and facilities to achieve positive operational outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating facility management activities, including planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management and operational support.
- Proven ability to supervise staff, prioritise workloads and foster a positive, high-performing team environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
