Your new role:
As a Senior Learning Consultant, you'll lead the design, delivery and evaluation of contemporary learning and development initiatives that strengthen capability across Metro South Health. Working with clinical and non-clinical leaders, you'll provide expert consultancy, develop engaging face-to-face and digital learning solutions, coach and mentor managers, and drive organisational development projects that foster leadership, cultural excellence and continuous improvement across a complex health service.
About you:
You'll be an experienced learning and organisational development professional who is passionate about building leadership capability, creating innovative learning solutions and influencing positive organisational change across a large, complex workforce. You will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, delivering and evaluating contemporary learning and development programs using face-to-face, virtual and eLearning approaches.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and influence leaders while building strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical environments.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and capability development, with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects and use data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- A collaborative, proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to fostering an engaged, capable and high-performing workforce.

About the MSHR Organisational Development
The Organisational Development team deliver a range of organisational initiatives and programs that support a values-based organisational culture, leadership development and capability-building across our entire workforce.
The Organisational Development team operate as a core component of the Metro South Human Resources Division and support all of Metro South Health.
