We are seeking a secondary Head of Campus to lead our 7-12 campus within a P-12 College. This is a temporary full-time position until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined. This pivotal role is responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, wellbeing, and inclusion, while driving high-quality teaching and learning outcome for every student. The Head of Campus will lead strategic initiatives, ensure effective resource management, uphold the schools values, and create an environment where both students and staff thrive.

About Us:

Roma State College which caters for Prep to Year 12. Our College opened in 2006 and offers students a modern, learner driven experience which caters for all, from Phonics to physics, from STEM   to Agriculture Studies and all subjects in between. Roma State College has a proud history, shining academically, socially and in a range of sporting pursuits.

  • Build strong partnerships and strategic direction by collaborating with families, community, industry, and government while maintaining a future-focused approach to school improvement.
  • Ensure effective governance and resource management by applying relevant legislation and policy, and managing people and resources to achieve school goals.
