About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support strategic school leadership by assisting the Principal to develop and implement a shared educational vision, deputising when required, and promoting a values-based, ethical, and inclusive school culture.
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and wellbeing by fostering high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, while embedding equitable practices and supporting continuous professional growth.
- Build strong partnerships and lead future-focused initiatives through collaboration with families, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and other stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
- Ensure effective governance and operational leadership by applying relevant legislation and policies, managing resources strategically, and contributing to the achievement of the school's goals and priorities.
