Your new role:

As a Senior Neuropsychologist, you'll provide expert clinical neuropsychology services that support patients and their families while contributing to service excellence, education and continuous improvement. You'll work collaboratively with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care by:

  • Delivering comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and cognitive interventions.
  • Managing a diverse clinical caseload with a high level of professional autonomy.
  • Providing clinical leadership, supervision and support to junior clinicians and students.
  • Contributing to quality improvement, service development and research initiatives.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

About you:

You are an experienced and compassionate Clinical Neuropsychologist who enjoys working collaboratively and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centred care. You'll bring:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Neuropsychology with AHPRA registration and Clinical Neuropsychology area of practice endorsement (or completion of registrar training).
  • Demonstrated expertise in neuropsychological assessment and intervention, particularly for patients with memory and neurodegenerative conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring and supporting clinicians and students.
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice, service improvement and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Logan Hospital:

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.

Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
