Your new role:
As a Casual Clinical Nurse with MSAMHS Central Staffing, you'll bring advanced clinical expertise to a variety of mental health settings, providing high-quality, person-centred care where it's needed most. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver expert clinical leadership while supporting consumers experiencing acute mental health concerns.
In this role you will:
- Provide advanced mental health assessment, care planning and clinical coordination.
- Deliver recovery-focused care across emergency, community and telehealth services.
- Lead and support nursing teams through clinical guidance, education and mentoring.
- Promote safe, evidence-based practice while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
About you:
You are a confident and experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in dynamic mental health environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional consumer-centred care.
You will bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with mental health experience.
- Advanced assessment, clinical decision-making and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to recovery-oriented care, continuous learning and professional leadership.
