The purpose of the Principal Advisor (Program Controls) is to work as part of the Program Controls team – responsible for supporting the successful delivery of programs and projects across TMR, the establishment and management of the review, analysis and reporting. With a focus of ensuring the consistent application of project and program controls across the extensive program of works.

We are seeking a Principal Advisor (Program Controls) to join our team for a temporary opportunity.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Lead, participate, guide and influence the development and continual improvement of Program / Project Control practices. This includes the identification, development and implementation of change through systems, policy and business practices (Guidelines and Work Instructions), promoting a consistent and professional approach to project and program controls and associated data management. With a current focus on time and cost, data enrichment and system enhancements.
• Support the program and project controls community of practice by providing specialist expert and technical advice, coaching and mentoring in the development, improvement, review and application of practices, tools, techniques and processes.
• Assist in the development and delivery of related training and identifying the need for (and the coordination of) additional program and project controls management training.
• Deliver efficient, high-quality project and program reporting services including progress reports, data analysis, graphical report presentations, reporting templates, enabling improved operational analysis and decision making across the organisation.
• Provide advice on policies, principles, procedures, processes, guidelines, templates, tools, and business rules as it applies to program and project controls for QTRIP.
