Your new role:
Support Metro South Health's Asset Management framework by driving policy development, compliance oversight, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 55001 standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure asset information, processes and practices support safe, reliable and effective healthcare delivery.
About you:
You are an experienced asset management, governance or compliance professional who thrives on improving systems, managing risk and partnering with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes in a complex environment. You will have:
- Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing and implementing policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, standards, risk management and continuous improvement practices.
- Proven ability to analyse information, identify risks, prepare reports and drive practical solutions.
- Highly skilled in building effective relationships and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage asset data, compliance activities and quality assurance processes.

About Metro South Health Assets and Infrastructure
Metro South Health's Assets and Infrastructure (A&I) Business Unit supports the delivery of safe, effective healthcare by leading strategic asset management, infrastructure planning, facility renewal and capital works programs. The team drives alignment with ISO 55000 standards, strengthens asset management capability, manages risk-based asset planning and ensures effective governance, lifecycle management and performance across MSH facilities. A&I also supports commercial arrangements and partnerships while enabling innovation, research and continuous improvement across the health service.
