As a Deputy Principal Senior School, you will empower teachers and students to bravely tackle challenges and embrace change, enhancing our service delivery at Balmoral.
Responsibilities include:
- The successful applicant will be a highly relational, strategic and evidence-informed educational leader with demonstrated experience leading school improvement through high-quality pedagogical practice, collaborative leadership and a strong commitment to student achievement, wellbeing and success in the senior secondary years.
- The role requires an accomplished leader with exceptional interpersonal and organisational capability, able to build strong professional relationships, develop staff capability and contribute to the continued growth of a high-performing secondary school culture grounded in embedding the values of Agency, Belonging and Innovation.
- The successful candidate will confidently lead complex operational and strategic responsibilities, including the line management of priority curriculum areas, oversight of school performance data, and the implementation of an engaging, vibrant and transformative curriculum that inspires excellence for every learner.
- A proven capacity to lead pedagogical improvement, use evidence and data to inform decision-making, and foster a culture of reflection, accountability and continuous improvement will be highly regarded.
