- Provide practical, customer-focused and risk-based procurement and contract management advice to business areas and key stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders across procurement planning, market engagement, evaluation, negotiation, contract development and implementation.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of procurement and contract management frameworks, policies, procedures, tools and templates.
- Build organisational procurement capability through practical guidance, knowledge sharing and training in procurement and contract administration.
- Administer contracts in line with Queensland Government guidance and QLeave requirements, while providing oversight and support to the Senior Procurement Officer.
