About the role
This role is responsible for developing and implementing professional development activities to increase the capacity of the Prison Mental Health Service (PMHS) workforce. It will work collaboratively with the PMHS Leadership team to implement and evaluate workforce development initiatives to increase capacity and capability of the PMHS workforce. You will be responsible for developing and implementing professional development and training activities and providing clinical support to PMHS clinicians based in SEQ Correctional Centres. You will work collaboratively across teams within PMHS to grow and develop the workforce.
Clinical Nurse Consultant NG7 - $140,632 - $152,685 per annum
Health Practitioner HP4 - $128,169 - $137,918 per annum

Mandatory Requirements:
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia.
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
