Service Transformation and Redesign Team, Governance Services, Bundaberg or Maryborough or Hervey Bay Hospitals

Are you an experienced governance professional with strong project management, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills? This is an exciting opportunity to join the Service Transformation Team at Wide Bay Health and play a key role in supporting projects that will shape the future delivery of healthcare across the region. As a Project Consultant (Governance), you will provide high-level governance, coordination and project support across a diverse portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, project teams and key stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are well governed, effectively monitored and delivered in alignment with organisational priorities.

Your opportunity:  

  • Delivery of high-quality project advice and expertise to support Governance projects and programs across WBHHS
  • Build capacity, capability, and set up organisational projects for success in alignment with principles of agreed project management methodology
  • Work as a project team member and directly liaise with project owners and sponsors, to develop roadmaps, charters and key project management documents to ensure sustainable implementation of prioritised initiatives
  • Ensure project owners receive appropriately levels of support and that sponsors are adequately informed about and engaged with the projects they sponsor.

Our offer:  You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $153,514 p.a., comprising salary between $125,607 - $134,548 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hrs p.f.)
