About Us:
Rochedale is an outer southern suburb of the City of Brisbane. It is 17 kilometres south-east of the Brisbane central business. Rochedale is a unique suburb being so close to the city centre, having a small population and being a small piece of the country with its farms, hatchery and nurseries, right on the city's doorstep. It is easily accessible to both the South-East Freeway and Gateway Motorways. There are currently no shopping centres in the suburb.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide strategic and educational leadership - Lead the school department in developing and delivering a shared vision that promotes high-quality learning outcomes, high expectations and continuous improvement for all students and staff.
- Promote equity, inclusion and professional growth - Embed socially just and inclusive practices, foster a positive culture of high performance, and actively support lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Build strong partnerships and future-focused practice - Develop effective partnerships with students, families, government agencies and community organisations, while applying strategic, innovative and future-focused approaches to school improvement.
- Lead effective governance and resource management - Apply relevant legislation and policies, particularly those relating to students and staff, and strategically manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve departmental and school goals.
