About your opportunity

Shape the workforce behind Townsville Hospital and Health Service's infrastructure projects.

Fixed Term Temporary full-time or part-time (hours neotiable) , 6 months with possible extension not exceeding 12 months total duration. 

As a dedicated Recruitment & Appointment Advisor, you'll provide expert, end-to-end recruitment support to the Infrastructure Office, partnering with leaders to attract and appoint the talent that drives key projects forward. Acting as the trusted recruitment expert and single point of contact, you'll deliver strategic advice, manage recruitment campaigns, and ensure workforce needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in workforce mobilisation, enhance candidate experiences, and contribute to the delivery of priority infrastructure programs while helping shape a contemporary, client-focused recruitment service.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $3603.50 to $3969.90 p.f. (full-time) or $47.41 to 52.23 p.h.(part-time) (AO4)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, candidate management, and onboarding.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition practices, with the ability to apply relevant policies, procedures, and frameworks in a complex environment.
  • Highly developed administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide advice and build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience within a large, complex organisation will be highly regarded.
