Provide strategic and operational leadership for Operational Services across the Rural Hospitals Service Group (RHSG), ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, sustainable and person-centred support services across rural hospitals and residential aged care facilities.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $98,247 to $103,572 p.a. (HP3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
- Highly regarded: Proven experience leading multidisciplinary operational or support service teams across multiple healthcare facilities and geographically dispersed locations.
- Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage competing operational demands.
- Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to provide high-level strategic and operational advice to senior managers, facility leadership teams and executive stakeholders.
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check: As a Health Care worker in Queensland Health who engages in risk-assessed roles, you must hold a current disability check (Yellow Card or Yellow Card Exemption) or an NDIS worker screening check, in accordance with Part 5 of the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld).
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
