You'll help create healthier, more connected communities by leading services that support older people to live with dignity, independence and quality of life. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Relevant allied health qualification with current professional registration or recognised professional membership
- Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality services in complex healthcare or aged care environments
- Strong skills in service improvement, workforce leadership and building collaborative partnerships
- A positive, adaptable approach with excellent communication and sound decision-making skills
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading services across multiple locations and/or a passion for mentoring and developing future allied health professionals.
