What your day could look like
As a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you'll help create the conditions for teams and leaders to thrive. From partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce priorities to guiding people-focused solutions, you'll play a key role in strengthening culture, capability and performance across the health service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Partnering with leaders to develop workforce strategies that support organisational goals and deliver positive people outcomes.
- Coaching and empowering leaders to build capability, enhance team performance and confidently navigate workforce challenges.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering practical solutions across workforce planning, talent, change and employee experience.
- Influencing decisions and collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful people initiatives with lasting impact.
Let's talk about you!
You're a trusted advisor who combines commercial thinking with genuine care for people. You build strong relationships, ask thoughtful questions and know how to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than authority. You'll take pride in helping leaders grow, supporting teams through change and contributing to a workplace where people feel valued, capable and connected. You're not just here to provide advice, you're here to help create an environment where great people can do their best work.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience delivering strategic and operational people and culture, HR or workforce solutions.
- Strong coaching, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence, problem-solve and navigate complex workforce matters with confidence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on practical outcomes.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience partnering with senior leaders in large or complex organisations and/or qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage while helping shape a positive workplace culture that supports exceptional healthcare outcomes.
Together, you'll help build a workforce that is engaged, capable and ready for the future.
