Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Base salary range: $57.76 - $61.85 p.h.
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • On-call and shift allowances (where applicable)

  • Plus a range of salary packaging options to increase take-home pay

About your opportunity

Home Hill Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated nurse who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to clinical leadership within our dedicated rural healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your clinical knowledge, leadership skills and passion for delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive environment.

In this role, you will provide clinical expertise, professional leadership, education and support to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe, contemporary and evidence-based care across the facility. You will apply critical thinking and sound clinical judgement across all domains of practice, including direct patient care, systems support, education, quality improvement, and professional leadership.

Based within a 14-bed rural facility, you will work across a diverse service profile including acute medical care, aged care, palliative care and rehabilitation. This varied role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of patients and their families while contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical services and nursing practice.
