TAFE Queensland Teacher, Accounting - Talent Pool - Casual Opportunities

TAFE Queensland is seeking experienced and motivated Accounting and Finance professionals to join our teaching team on a casual basis.
In this role, you will deliver engaging, industry-relevant training that equips students with the practical skills and knowledge required for successful careers in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services. Training may be delivered from our state-of-the-art Robina campus, as well as through flexible online delivery, offering the opportunity to maintain a positive work-life balance.

About You
We are seeking a highly capable industry professional with a genuine desire to give back through education. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222) or equivalent/higher qualification
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent, or approved higher Adult Training and Assessment qualification
- Demonstrated current industry experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services in Australia
- Strong knowledge and proficiency of contemporary accounting systems and software
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training, assess student work and support competency development
- A strong commitment to driving student achievement and real-world outcomes in accounting and finance, with the ability to engage, support and motivate learners towards successful study and employment outcomes
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, students and industry stakeholders
