We are seeking an experienced and solutions-focused Computer Systems Administrator to lead and manage our school’s ICT operations and team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ICT professional to provide strategic advice, strengthen technology services and ensure staff and students have reliable, effective ICT systems to support teaching, learning and school operations. We are looking for an ICT professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Your opportunity:
- Lead and manage the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team and ICT operations of the school to ensure that the day-to-day aspects of the school's ICT systems are managed professionally and align with departmental priorities.
Responsibilities:
- ICT leadership: Provide strategic advice and lead the school's ICT team and operations.
- Technology: Implement innovative ICT solutions and maintain school systems.
- Team management: Supervise, train and manage ICT staff, workflows and performance.
- Technical support: Ensure high-quality support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
- Policies & compliance: Follow relevant legislation, departmental policies and safety requirements.
- Procurement: Manage ICT purchasing, hardware and software procurement.
- Systems management: Install, maintain and improve ICT and educational systems.
- Asset management: Manage ICT assets, registers, disposal and annual stocktake.
- Resources: Manage human, financial and physical resources effectively.
- Administration: Maintain equipment registers, databases, spreadsheets and reports.
- Continuous improvement: Review ICT services, procedures and work practices.
