Taigum State School is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible teacher to join our team in a 0.8FTE teaching position for the remainder of the school year, with the possibility of extension.

The role will involve a combination of small-group English teaching and providing non-contact time (NCT) for classroom teachers.

The successful applicant will support:

  • Year 5 English - targeted English teaching with a small group of students
  • Year 2 English - targeted English teaching and support
  • Non-contact time (NCT) - providing release time for classroom teachers
  • Health and HASS - delivering Health and HASS lessons during afternoon NCT sessions

This position would suit a teacher who enjoys working across different year levels, delivering targeted small-group instruction and building positive relationships with students and staff.

Planning and resources will be supported by the school.
