What will you do in the role of Group Director, Established Growth:

• Lead the delivery of streamlined development approval services within Priority Development Areas (PDAs).
• Work closely with the Group Director New Growth and EDQ's Housing Supply and Delivery team in strategic development approval delivery supporting high level objectives for early development in new PDAs and the Land Activation Program (LAP).
• Operate as the primary interface between government, developers, and communities to accelerate delivery of new homes and jobs in PDAs.
• Work closely with the Group Director Specialist Services, ensuring the timely provision of technical engineering, design and built form advice to realise customer Key Performance Indicator commitments.

About You:

• Demonstrated executive leadership in government, large-scale development, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven record of fast-tracking complex development projects with high compliance, governance, and stakeholder engagement standards.
• Strategic acumen and capability to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic and complex policy context.
• Advanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and cross-sector partnerships.
• Evidence of working within a project and service environment, including experience with people, process and systems design and implementation to support high-quality delivery.
• Knowledge of government practices and familiarity in working with those processes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
