Your new role:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred care to patients experiencing mental health challenges.
- Provide compassionate nursing care that supports patients' physical, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.
- Contribute to a safe, supportive and recovery-focused mental health environment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement, education and professional development.
