Administration Officer (Switch)

Gladstone

Join the Switch Team at Gladstone Hospital and be the calm, friendly voice that keeps people connected and the hospital moving.

You’ll handle calls, coordinate pagers, respond to emergency and security situations, manage administration and help keep things running smoothly. No two moments are the same, so you’ll need to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure and be confident working independently.

Our switchboard runs 24/7, with a rolling roster covering days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays. Flexibility is key!

If you bring strong admin, reception, customer service and communication skills, you already have plenty to offer. Ready to be part of the Switch Team? We’d love to hear from you!
