  • Leading the strategic direction and transformation of Queensland's housing and homelessness services, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that respond to current and emerging community needs.
  • Providing executive leadership of frontline housing and homelessness operations across Queensland, ensuring safe, effective and high-quality service delivery and consistent outcomes.
  • Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across Housing Service Centres, Housing Hubs and homelessness outreach services to enhance customer outcomes and service effectiveness.
  • Building and maintaining high-level partnerships across government, community housing and support sectors to deliver coordinated and integrated responses to housing and homelessness challenges.
  • Fostering a high-performing and innovative culture that strengthens organisational capability, accountability and resilience while delivering lasting outcomes for Queenslanders.

The ideal candidate will bring

  • A demonstrated record of success leading large, complex organisations and delivering significant operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Extensive experience leading the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of programs, services and policy initiatives aligned with government priorities.
  • Proven capability in managing complex stakeholder relationships and partnerships across government, community and service delivery sectors.
  • The ability to demonstrate accountability, integrity and agility in a complex environment, consistent with the Leadership competencies for Queensland.
