Corporate Governance is looking for a Project Support Officer to join the team. This Temporary Part Time opportunity runs from October 2026 to October 2027, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday — hello work/life balance!

About the role:

  • Build positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including executive and senior leaders, helping information flow smoothly and supporting strong collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare information, coordinate conversations and provide a professional, customer-focused service.
  • Investigate issues, gather information, explore solutions and provide timely responses that help the team make confident decisions.
  • Support the coordination of the Corporate Governance team's portfolio of work, including activities across governance, risk management and strategy.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $69,895 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $49.10 - $53.97 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
