In this role, you will provide strategic and tactical advice to senior leaders, manage key supplier and contractor relationships, oversee property and facilities projects, and contribute to the development of asset management, facilities planning and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, government agencies, landlords, tenants and service providers to deliver quality, compliant and customer-focused property services.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Brisbane.

About you

You are a strategic and commercially astute property professional with extensive experience in facilities, contract and vendor management, capable of providing trusted advice, leading complex property initiatives and fostering strong stakeholder partnerships to deliver organisational outcomes.

You'll succeed in this role if you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in property, facilities, contract and vendor management within a complex environment.
  • Strong ability to provide strategic and tactical advice and develop practical, risk-informed solutions.
  • Experience managing property, asset or facilities projects and competing operational priorities.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing effective systems, policies and processes.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance and customer-focused service delivery.

Relevant qualifications in building, facilities management, asset management, procurement, project management or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
