The Engineering & Technology Branch is looking for a motivated Senior Program Advisor to join our high performing team. In this dynamic role, you will support the business to implement strategies that enhance leadership, technical expertise, and business management capabilities within the branch and across the Infrastructure Management Delivery (IMD) Division. You will be data savvy and use evidence to inform and support ethical decision making and improved organisational performance.

The Engineering & Technology (E&T) Branch within the Infrastructure Management and Delivery Division of TMR provides technical expertise to support the Department's innovative and value-for-money design solutions. By staying at the forefront of national and international best practice and facilitating relationships between industry and TMR, E&T ensures the department has access to the most advanced and cost-effective innovations.

The Technical Services unit achieves results through a strong business partnering model, where advisors are people and business savvy. Team members actively integrate business strategy with people management practices.

This role forms part of a job-share arrangement and is offered on a temporary part-time basis (approximately 2-3 days per week).
