The PT Fleet Strategy team is responsible for managing the TMR-owned bus fleet in South East Queensland. As fleet asset owners, the team coordinates the production, allocation and leasing of TMR-owned fleet, and works collectively with OEMs, bus body builders, suppliers and service providers to ensure our assets are safe, reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose. As the Senior Advisor (Bus Fleet), you will play a key role in the effective and compliant management of the TMR-owned bus fleet as our fleet administrator. You will work alongside the Manager (Bus Fleet) and the Fleet Engineer to ensure that all vehicles are compliant across registrations, insurance, maintenance and remain up to date with all paperwork and meetings associated to the TMR-owned fleet.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the TMR-owned bus fleet, including maintenance scheduling, fleet records management, compliance documentation, and administrative support to the Manager (Bus Fleet) and Fleet Engineer.
• Lead the implementation of PT Fleet Strategy's Asset Management System and establish governance, processes and lifecycle reporting.
• Administer fleet-related budgets and expenses, including processing invoices, monitoring expenditure, and supporting financial reporting against operational budget targets.
• Coordinate fleet compliance programs, including vehicle audits, registration management, PPSR monitoring, Certificate of Inspection (COI) renewals, and track corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and service providers to support fleet performance, reliability, and value-for-money outcomes.
• Coordinate fleet meetings, including scheduling, documentation preparation and administrative support for key stakeholders.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as reasonably directed.
