About us:
The Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS) is a team within the broader Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS). CFOS provides high level clinical risk assessment and therapy services for the management of mental health consumers who have committed, are alleged to have committed or are at risk of committing an offence.

About your role:
In this position you will…..
- Review risk management plans and deal with non-routine clinical practice in relation to forensic and risk issues.
- Develop and maintain positive liaison contact with mental health staff and other relevant stakeholders in community and inpatient settings and work collaboratively to address complex and challenging patient risk and management issues.
- Provide a range of consultation-liaison support including case conferences, structured case consultations, attendance at and input into team case review meetings, participation in review processes, and so on, including attendance at Assessment and Risk Management Committee meetings.
