About the Transformation and Change Division
Our role is to turn insight into action. We provide the frameworks, tools and expertise that ensure initiatives are well defined, strategically aligned and confidently delivered. From portfolio governance and project lifecycle management to customer-centred design and evidence-based decision making, we help QBCC focus effort on the projects that matter most.
About the role
As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential executive and administrative support, helping multiple leaders across the Transformation and Change Division manage priorities, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day business operations.
This role supports the Head of Transformation and Change and three Directors, offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate diaries and arrange travel and accommodation bookings for the senior leaders
- Coordinate divisional meetings, workshops and events, including agendas, minutes, catering and logistics
- Manage correspondence, reports, presentations and documentation with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and communication materials, including divisional newsletters
- Support procurement, invoicing, purchase orders and administrative business processes
- Assist with HR-related administration, approvals and documentation
- Work collaboratively with Executive Officer to ensure seamless support across the division.
This position is based in Brisbane and the successful candidate will enter into a Flexible Work Arrangement reflecting Brisbane as their primary office location. While the role allows for flexibility in working from home, regular in-person attendance at the Brisbane office is a mandatory requirement.

About you
To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex environment
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Exposure to procurement processes or invoicing activities.
While not essential, experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Working within a project, transformation or change environment (e.g. project coordination experience)
- TechnologyOne experience
- Travel booking systems experience.
