About the Role
As a Construction Worker Band C (Supervisor), you will supervise the delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with project teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising day-to-day project activities and supporting project delivery outcomes.
• Coordinating labour, plant and equipment resources to meet project requirements.
• Leading, mentoring and developing team members to build capability and performance.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and project teams.
• Monitoring project performance, maintaining project records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting the implementation of project plans, change initiatives and safety requirements.

About You
You are a motivated leader with extensive civil construction and maintenance experience and a passion for delivering results through collaboration and teamwork.
You have strong communication skills, sound project management knowledge and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic operational environment.

To be successful, you will possess:
• Experience in road construction and/or maintenance projects
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• A current Queensland C Class Driver Licence or equivalent.
• A Certificate III in Civil Construction (or ability to obtain required competencies within the prescribed timeframe).
• A commitment to safety, teamwork and customer-focused service delivery.
