Mundingburra State School is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Administration & Accounts Support Officer (AO3) to join our administration team.

This varied role provides essential administrative and financial support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the school and a professional service to students, families, staff and visitors.

We are looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in providing accurate, timely and professional administrative support and contributes positively to the welcoming and supportive environment at Mundingburra State School.

Your opportunity:

The position will have key responsibility for the Teacher Relief Scheme (TRS), Accounts Payable, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) administration and the enrolment processes, while also providing reception, sick bay and general administrative support.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, confidence using computer-based systems and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment. 

Previous experience within an educational setting and an understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements would be advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date TRS records and documentation.
  • Process invoices and accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with WHS documentation and compliance requirements to support workplace obligations.
  • Coordinate enrolment administration, respond to enquiries and provide professional front-office support.
