You are a confident and collaborative engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You bring strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgement and a passion for delivering practical infrastructure solutions. Join Transport and Main Roads (TMR) as a Senior Engineer (Civil) and play a key role in planning and delivering major transport infrastructure projects across Central Queensland. Based in Rockhampton, you'll provide expert engineering advice, manage planning and design projects, influence land use planning outcomes, and help deliver projects that improve connectivity, safety and liveability for Queensland communities.

• Lead the planning and design of significant transport infrastructure projects.
• Influence the future development of Queensland's road network.
• Work across a geographically diverse region spanning coast, country and outback.
• Career development opportunities within one of Queensland's largest infrastructure organisations. 
• Collaborate with industry professionals, local governments and key stakeholders.

Mandatory:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) recognised under the Washington Accord.
• Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
• Current C Class Driver Licence.

We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who can provide high-level technical advice, manage planning and design projects, influence transport outcomes and develop strong stakeholder relationships. You'll be passionate about delivering infrastructure solutions that meet the current and future needs of Queensland communities.
