As the first point of contact for students, families and staff, you'll bring a warm, professional presence to our front office. You'll enjoy variety in your day, from coordinating school administration and managing enrolments to supporting financial processes, scheduling, communication, and assisting staff across the school.

Working closely with the Principal and Business Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring our school remains a welcoming, inclusive and well-organised environment. Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception and general administrative support, including phones, emails, mail, appointments and records.
  • Provide executive support to the Principal, including calendar and meeting coordination.
  • Manage student administration, including enrolments, attendance, records and parent communication.
  • Support HR administration, including timesheets, leave, rosters and Blue Card processes.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including student/external payments, receipting, banking and Centrepay.
  • Process financial transactions, invoices, orders and OneSchool financial data.
  • Prepare minutes, reports, newsletters, correspondence and school documents.
  • Assist with facilities, maintenance, keys, equipment, stocktakes and school hire.
  • Provide professional and empathetic customer service to students, families, staff and the community.
