Senior Advisor, Planning and Performance Reporting

The Senior Advisor Performance and Reporting is responsible for supporting the leaders at all levels in the CCC to support corporate performance reporting that helps achieve our purpose and strategic priorities. In this role, you’ll play a key role in establishing reporting against the CCC’s performance framework and assisting with the analysis of strategic and operational initiatives to ensure we are making an impact for the people of Queensland. This role assists with the preparation of specific reports, including the CCC Annual Report, briefs to support Estimates Hearings, Service Delivery Statements, and reports to the Minister and the Parliamentary Crime and Corruption Committee.

About you 

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements: 

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and effectively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft external and internal briefing notes, reports and emails including the ability to adhere to corporate reporting and governance frameworks and deliver accurate and timely reports. 
  • Demonstrate well-developed data and analytical skills, with the ability to capture, analyse and present data related to performance reporting and organisational performance (including the utilisation of Power Bi and other data visualisation tools). 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of strategic and integrated planning including environmental scanning, identification of problems and improvements that assist with the delivery of the agency's strategic objectives.
