About us:
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) provides a level 5 Cardiology Service as classified by the Clinical Services Capabilities Framework. The service delivers interventional and non-interventional inpatient and outpatient services for patients located in both the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service and Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.

About your role:
In this position you will…..
- Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Nursing Director/Director of Nursing, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory and participates directly or indirectly in the delivery of clinical care to individual/groups.
- Lead and coordinate quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective services.
