What your day could look like

You'll help shape how our workforce prepares for major change, ensuring teams have the knowledge, confidence and tools they need to deliver great outcomes for patients and communities. From leading training strategies for complex projects to partnering with leaders across the health service, your contributions will have a lasting impact.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Leading the development and delivery of training programs that support major organisational transformation and workforce readiness
  • Guiding and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Building strong partnerships with stakeholders to align training, engagement and implementation activities
  • Identifying risks, solving challenges and driving continuous improvement to keep projects on track, achieving measurable benefits

  • Experience leading complex training, education or workforce capability initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance priorities, timelines and risks
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • A collaborative leadership style that fosters innovation, accountability and team success

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a qualification in project management, education, training or a related field and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
