About the role
As the Senior Digital Officer, you will be the central point of technical expertise for OIC's digital platforms, providing advice on accessibility, content design and user experience. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop, structure and optimise content that meets the needs of key audiences across OIC's website and intranet.
You will manage and support OIC's website and intranet platforms, maintaining a strong user-centered focus and ensuring content and functionality align with industry best practice, accessibility requirements, the Queensland Government Digital Service Standard and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Through effective platform management, performance monitoring, analytics, governance and continuous improvement, you will help ensure OIC's digital platforms support the organisation's strategic and operational goals.
