Your opportunity:
- Lead initiatives that strengthen student learning, attendance and engagement, particularly for students experiencing disadvantage.
- Monitor student achievement, attendance, performance and behaviour, implementing appropriate strategies and supporting new arrivals with their academic, social and emotional needs.
- Work collaboratively with parents, staff, education providers, State Schools Division and external organisations to improve student outcomes and attendance.
- Support school leaders, Heads of Department, Year Level Coordinators, Guidance Officers and teachers with tools and strategies that promote student achievement and attendance.
- Apply relevant legislation and policies while managing departmental human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to support school goals.
