About the Role:
Working within EDQ's Housing Supply & Delivery team, you will provide high-level executive administration & operational support to the Executive Director & senior leadership, helping ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy & dynamic function.

  • Provide high-level, confidential executive support, including complex diary & inbox management, travel coordination & workload prioritisation.
  • Manage executive communications & correspondence, including drafting, proofreading & quality assuring briefings, presentations & other written materials.
  • Coordinate senior meetings, events & stakeholder engagements, managing scheduling, agendas, logistics & supporting documentation.
  • Build strong relationships & act as a key liaison point for internal & external stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Manage records & information effectively, ensuring correspondence & documentation is accurately registered, tracked & maintained.
  • Support finance, procurement & workforce administration, including credit card reconciliations, purchase orders, invoices & other approvals.

About You:
You're a highly organised, proactive & experienced Executive Assistant who can confidently manage competing executive priorities, exercise sound judgement & build effective relationships in a fast-moving environment. Success in this role requires:

  • Demonstrated experience managing executive priorities, competing demands & confidential information while delivering timely, high-quality support.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisation & attention to detail across correspondence, records, meetings & executive documentation.
  • A proactive & adaptable approach, with the confidence to take initiative, exercise judgement & change gears as priorities evolve.
  • An understanding of governance requirements & the importance of following relevant policies & procedures across finance, procurement, records & HR.
  • Strong technology capability across Microsoft Office mandatory, with TRIM experience advantageous but not essential.
