The Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC), a statutory body within Queensland Treasury, is responsible for regulating Queensland's Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance scheme under the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994. MAIC plays a vital role in licensing and supervising insurers, managing the Nominal Defendant, and ensuring the scheme operates effectively to support Queenslanders.

We are seeking a Senior Scheme Advisor (AO6) to provide expert advice and deliver innovative projects that uplift and maintain Queensland's CTP insurance scheme.

This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving claimant and stakeholder experiences, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to the ongoing success of the scheme.
